This Is Modern Art

Modern art today is a cow cut in half with a chainsaw, floating in a glass tank... But what does it all mean?

Art Critic Matthew Collings looks into the current state of contemporary art. Collings demystifies modern art and makes it accessible through a series of cutting edge, humorous yet erudite investigations. Subjects span the impact of monumental artists Picasso, Pollock and Warhol, why modern art uses shock, the importance of beauty, and artists' rise to media stardom.
